FOUNDER/OWNER

Charles founded the company in Northeast Ohio in 1997 originally under the name Byers Home Design. After a few years, he moved the company to Charleston to start his new business adventures on Kiawah Island. He started working at a young age for his father’s company as a laborer then eventually worked his way up to framing. After framing for a couple years he began perfecting his skills as a finish carpenter. It was at the young age of 27 when he started his own company with the help of his wife Angela. Charles offers over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has operated in the Charleston area for 15+ years.

PROJECT MANAGER-ESTIMATOR

Jacob graduated in 2019 from Kent State University majoring in Business and Construction Management. Jacob handles all project management and estimating for the company.

FIELD OPERATIONS/FOREMAN

Joshua attended Kent State University studying business. Joshua currently works as a lead carpenter/foreman where he manages crews and oversees jobs to ensure quality. Joshua offers excellent field expertise and craftmanship.
